Tortellini- with ham and cheese
mushrooms,
red pepper
spring onion
Herb butter and a bit of cream on the greens at the end -pour over pasta
Parmasan Reggiano on top (as much as your heart and pallate desires)
A slice of home made garlic bread
Makes for a good dinner, I should probably come up with something else for tomorrow
though :)
